PP – PVC Fans

The industrial fans we produce and market are of the centrifugal type and can be direct drive or belt and pulley drive. For fans with small and medium capacities, we have a whole range with impeller and scroll molded in Polypropylene, also antistatic for ATEX fans.

For large capacities, we make fans with impeller obtained from carpentry using plastic sheets and stainless steel scrolls.

Usually these types of industrial fans are required for use in environments or plants where there is a need to remove noxious and corrosive vapors or fumes; in fact, the materials commonly used to make the scroll are chemical – resistant plastics such as PVC, Polypropylene or PVDF, also reinforced with GRP, and stainless steel as far as the impeller is concerned, while the bases are made of carbon steel treated with epoxy paint.
